This house was restored some time ago, with the work of expert workers of the sector, to add all possible comforts of first class, without change the originality of the structure. The inside design it is rural and very elegant, to improve the relax of visitors. It is surrounded from a park and it has gardens, with pool, tennis court, box for horses, spaces for childrens, barbecue, and forno who works with woods. The rooms are first class rooms and there are 9 rooms, all with inside services. There is Sat-TV, and there is a second kitchen, for large number of visitors. There is a small river only to 650 metres and it overlooks the valley of the Aso river, and the Adriatic sea, whitch is only 30 kilometres far. Only 10 kilometres far, there are Appennine Mountains, the Sibillini mountains with the relative park, and it is well visible the Gran Sasso mountain, the most important of the centre of Italy.

The Dependance is just a few metres away from the country house "Casale nel Bosco".
The apartments are comfortable, furnished in our traditional style, with every modern convenience. The closeness to the Hotel allow the guests to use all the Hotel facilities. Just a few steps will take you to swimming pool and tennis court.

“Colle del Sangrantino” farmhouse is located in a very harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. It is situated in Attone, just 5 Km away from Montefalco, home of Sagrantino. Montefalco, is known as “Ringhiera dell'Umbria”, due to its peculiar location and dominates the wide valley from Perugia to Spoleto.

“Colle del Sangrantino” is a small family-owned company, managed by Mario Mattioli and his family.

It started with the intention of offering clients a relaxing stay and a healthy and natural lifestyle, combining in this way hospitality and the richness of its typical products, which are significant and authentic in Umbria.

Surrounded by the Umbrian countryside, the farmhouse, composed by three refinedly furnitured apartments, recently built, is on a top hill in the middle of 10 hectare countryestate which is all crops and vineyards.
