The Villa is composed of 2 great rustic dining rooms, with tv, wood stove, fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedrooms with 4 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and services, and a single sofa bed in the hall.

The hall at the first floor can accomodate since 25 to 30 persons.

The Casale (Farmhouse) is located just 2 kilometres from Castiglione del Lago, surrounded by 15 hectares of land; it enjoys a magnificent view of the typical Umbria-Tuscany countryside, of terrains and private woods, along the road leading to the Val d'Orcia, one of the most fascinating areas Tuscany and of Italy.

The central hall, with its grand rustic fireplace, is currently used as an Enoteca and "Zupperia", for the rediscover of antique flavours and the tasting of typical products.

An extensive outdoor space equipped with barbecue allows for outdoor cooking and eating.
The pleasure of the house therefore, is that it unites you with that which is the countryside, for an extremely relaxing and recharging vacation.

Golf lovers can be at the “Club del Golf” (18 hole) in Perugia in just a short time.

Besides being immersed in the green of surrounding meadows there is a 7x20 m swimming pool, the largest of its kind.
It’s the ideal environment for relaxing, for talking long walks and for bird watching, all while being just minutes from the lake and town.

On-site Horse Riding:
There is the possibility of going on horseback excursions along the splendid paths running along Lago Trasimeno;

Residenza Passignano is a cottage of the nineteenth century, near Trasimeno lake in Umbria, completely renovated in the full respect of the environment. It recovers the atmosphere of country house of old through the use of materials belonging to tradition and a great care for details.

Holidays in a farmhouse amongst the green hills of Umbria

The atmosphere of the ancient country house has been recovered to guarantee an holiday during which everyone can "create" their time at one's disposal in the quiet and peacefulness, thanks to the peculiarity of the cottage.

You can reach a golf course (at 10 km) or you can do some excursions by horse. An external private area allows to eat or to relax in the open air, on the grass, under a large pergola. Outside there is a renovated wood-burning oven that is at your complete disposal and a barbecue.

Quality and services of the internal space

The cottage has been divided 9 into 9 flats of different size, all different from the others and all with an individual entrance. There are wooden beam floors realised with hand made flat-tiles. Each flat has got a masonry kitchen covered with pottery; it has got an individual electrical system , a fireplace (or barbecue), a safe-deposit box and TV by satellite. In every room there is period furniture too.

Tasting of our products
In the bottling local, not far from the cottage, it is possible to taste our products: extra vergine olive oil at low degree of acidity and the delicious jam.
