Villa and Resort Farm Holiday in Gubbio is a large luxory-farm holiday complex, just finished to restore, on the splendid hills
around Gubbio, situated around a pre-existing nucleus dating end of the XVIIth century.
It consists in 9 jr-suites in the Villa, a wellness center, 15 self contained apartments, a panoramic restaurant
“Bellavista”and a sport centre. A highly ambitious project that began taking shape in December 2000. A variety of professional
and personal outlooks have resulted in a dynamic, rigorous and effective organisation, able to successfully merge well-being
and free-time, nature and technology, business meetings and the pleasures of good food and wine.
Country House Gubbio is located not far from cities but completely immersed in the green Mediterranean countryside, surrounded by fields, woods and ancient olive groves, the complex is in the centre of a fauna repopulation reserve, situated on the top of a pleasant hill, 500 m above sea-level.
This privileged position offers a magnificent view of Gubbio, only 6 km away from our Country House, but also on the mountains
of the Appennine and panoramic State Road 298 connecting Gubbio to Assisi. We’re located also near other areas of historical,
cultural and natural interest in Umbria and Tuscany such Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Siena and the Chianti, Florence, Cortona, Città di Castello, Spoleto, Norcia, Orvieto, Todi, all of them at about maximum 1 hour drive from us; even Rome and its international airport are not too far, but at two and a half hours away from us.
