- 2^nd floor with the option of entering by a separate entrance or internal stairway, large day area with a dining room, kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, microwave oven and fireplace, 4 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and shower. Outside is a large garden with tables and chairs.

- Outbuilding a few meters from the villa, with 2+2 sleeping places. It is an almost 45 m2 large, two-roomed building with equipped kitchen, fireplace, microwave oven, bathroom with shower. Has access to equipped garden.
