A 17th century villa situated in a large private park of 2 hectares of manicured gardens and extensive lawns. The 4 units, which share use of a beautiful pool (13x6) with a bar and barbecue, comprise the top floor of the villa, ' Il Palazzo', a large renovated farmhouse in the park 'Casa di Scoccia', two identical apartments on the top floor of a converted barn ' Casa di Puppola' and ' Casa di Romani'.
