SOLE & LUNA HOMES: This beautiful farm house , recently restored, enjoys a panoramic and quiet location near Trasimeno Lake and Ceres farmhouse.
It is surrounded by a large garden lined with trees and an olive-grove: moreover the four apartments , all ground floor, have an exclusive orchard and a patio.
The apartments are particularly comfortable, the ideal for group of friends and families.
The “Sole & Luna” guests can also enjoy a big volley court, the swimming pool of Ceres House and the farm private pool.
CERES HOUSE HOMES: is composed by the farmhouse and another outhouse where some apartments are.
A portico surrounds half house. Every apartment has a private patio with garden furniture. Inside the hedged garden ( 2000 mq.) there are the swimming pool and the children’s play area with slide and swing.
The “Sole & Luna” as well can enjoy the swimming pool. In the property there is also a little pool where one can enjoy some sport. The indoor furnishing is comfortable and in very good taste.
